Holiday apartments with a quality interior in a villa in Istria with a lovely garden
The holiday apartments are in a private villa, in a residential area somewhat outside the town of Rovinj.
The villa offers four independent holiday apartments, tastefully decorated to a high standard and providing all the necessary comfort. The apartments have air conditioning, heating, free wireless Internet access and bed linen, as well as towels.
The big garden is for the shared use of all guests and has a brick-built grill and a furnished gazebo. Bicycles are available for hire. Each apartment has a roofed parking space. The owners live in the house and are happy to assist with any queries.
There are shops and services, including a coin-operated launderette, within 400 metres. Nearby there are also restaurants, cinemas, a fitness centre, museums and much more. The town centre is about 1.8km away and the nearest beach 2km.

The 52m² holiday apartment on the first floor is classified as four-star and can accommodate up to four people. A corridor leads to a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200cm) and a spacious living room-kitchen with a sofa bed for two people (160 x 200cm), a dining table, satellite TV, air conditioning and a kitchen unit with a stove, extractor fan, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower cubicle.
The living room-kitchen opens onto a veranda with a table and chairs.
