This is a holiday home in a unique location in the archipelago of Ronneby. The beautiful house is located right on the seafront in Bökevik and from here you can enjoy a panoramic view. A motorboat and free fishing rights in the Baltic Sea are offered. The house has one bedroom with 2 single beds and one with a bunk bed. Living room is connected to the open kitchen. The veranda is glazed and located on the western side of the house and has stunning sea views. In the annex there is a guest bedroom with 2 bunk beds. The plot is uneven and there is garden furniture and a barbecue. A shared plastic boat with a 4 hp motor is freely accessible. You can swim at the dock or at the small beach located directly below the house (25 metres away).
The big, child-friendly beach is located at a distance of 75 metres. A tennis court situated on fine pebble ground is 500 metres away. Shops and amenities are in Bräkne Hoby or Ronneby. The holiday house on the beach plot is situated in a quiet, former cottage area. This magnificent house is situated in Blekinge archipelago.
