Cosy ground-floor apartment with a private terrace

The charmingly furnished holiday apartment is centrally located, but nevertheless quiet. Practically everything is only a 5 to 10-minute walk away.

The centrepiece of the 60m² apartment is the generous living room with a comfortable sofa. In bad weather you can simply relax with a view of the garden, guaranteed owing to the large window front. Right next to it there is the fully-equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob and oven. You can sit together in the separate dining space for meals. There is a comfortable double bed. The wardrobe provides ample space for your clothing. The accommodation is rounded off by a bathroom with a shower.

You can enjoy the sun on the south-facing terrace or relaxing and grilling.

    “Gemütlich ansprechend eingerichtet Alles da , was man zum wohlfühlen braucht braucht
    5 Sterne
    Aussenbereich :
    Nicht überdacht , was sehr sehr schade ist ..... je nach Wetter ist man gezwungen sich im Haus aufzuhalten . Gartenbereich ungepflegt , nicht sehr ansprechend . 2 Sterne
    Weiteres:
    Der Krummiener Wiek ist sehr ruhig , was uns gut gefällt In unmittelbarer Nähe das Achterwasser - für mutige lädt es zum Schwimmen ab Steg ein Restaurant Fischerstübchen in 5 Fussminuten Ostsee ,Einkaufen etc benötigt man einen PKW
    Fazit : wir waren nicht das erste mal im Blockhaus , werden auch nicht das letzte mal dort gewesen
    sein . Wir fühlen sehr wohl dort .....”

    “ruhig, großzügige Wohnung mit Wohnzimmer,Schlafzimmer Küche Bad und großer Diele, und Terrasse,
    nicht ganz neu , aber für uns genau richtig. Kleinigkeiten in der Küche mußten ergänzt werden, die Dusche hatte doch schon Gebrauchsspuren, aber alles sauber.”
