This big holiday house is in rural surroundings amidst grape vines and fruit trees and near the beach.Holiday house with a garden and a terrace, especially suitable for guests who would like to enjoy proximity to the beach, as well as the Corsican mountain world

To the south of the house there is a large terrace with a big table and chairs for eight people, sun loungers and a charcoal grill under a pergola. The garden has some trees that provide shade. The site is enclosed and accessed through an entrance gate. There is a parking space on site for several cars in front of the house.

The holiday house with 216m² of living space is all at ground level. It has a big living and dining room with a sofa bed 140cm wide. There are also four bedrooms, one with a double bed (140cm wide) facing the southern terrace, the second also with a double bed (140cm wide), the third with two single beds (90cm wide) and a west-facing balcony, and the fourth with a double bed (140cm wide) and facing the terrace to the east. The owner can also provide a supplementary bed (80cm wide), two cots and a highchair. The house has two separate bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a shower, as well as a guest WC. The large kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, oven, coffee machine, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, crockery, cutlery and many kitchen utensils. There is also a laundry room with a sink, washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are radiators in all the rooms. Wireless Internet access is available.

The holiday house lies before the Casinca villages the foot of the mountains. There are many hiking trails and some rivers that you can swim in nearby. In the morning you can fetch your baguette from a baker who stops near the house with his sales van. There are shops about three kilometres away. The village has a grocery shop, a tobacconist, a supermarket, a bar, a restaurant and shops with local produce such as fruit, vegetables, sausage and a wine cellar. There are also a petrol station and a car garage. There is a fine sandy beach three kilometres away that is shelved flatly into the sea and is very pleasant for children. Many villages near the Casinca are worth a visit. This also applies to the Castagniccia about a 15-minute drive away. It is 5km to the train station and just 15km to the Bastia Poretta airport.

A car is to be recommended for getting around.

    “Einfach super! Das Haus ist optimal ausgestattet und man ist nur 3 km vom idyllischen, meist leeren Sandstrand entfernt, der ideal für Kinder jeden Alters ist. Ebenfalls 3km entfernt gibt es sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Vermieter sind immer ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Der große Garten bietet mit den Orangen-, Zitronen-, Feigen-,und Pampelonenbäumen, sowie den Palmen viel Schatten; wodurch man auch mittags gut die große Terrasse nutzen kann. Diese ist mit Liegestühlen und großem Tisch unter einem Sonnendach ausgestattet. Sehr empfehlenswert!”

    “Die Unterkunft war Südländisch sauber, die Ausstattung war sehr umfangreich und gut (alle Fenster und Türen mit Fliegengitter). Gesicherter Parkplatz, große Terrasse und wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereite Vermieter.
    Mann muss aber erwähnen das man sich in der Einflugschneise von Bastia befindet, wer damit kein Problem hat dem kann man die Unterkunft bestens empfehlen.”
