Holiday home furnished in a modern way, directly by the sea with a pool in the garden and a sun terrace

This beautiful detached holiday home is situated in the north of Lanzarote, directly by the sea and in a very quiet residential area of the island that has retained its original local character. It was built in 1989 with quality materials and completely renovated in 2006.

The spacious and bright house is located directly by the sea and offers space for up to four people on 90 m². There are two bedrooms, both of which are equipped with a double bed and bedside tables. One of the two also has a large built-in cupboard. There are two modern bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a bathtub and window, and the other with a shower. The large kitchen is equipped with all the major appliances such as a stove, oven, fridge, freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. A dining table for communal meals is also at your disposal here. In addition, there is a spacious living room with a cosy corner sofa, digital TV and a DVD player. Free WLAN and a laundry room with a washing machine are also available to you during your stay.

From the living room, you have direct access to the terrace which has garden furniture as well as a breathtaking view of the sea. It is surrounded by a beautiful garden, in which there is also a pool available for your exclusive use. This is provided with a special coating to keep the water temperature at a constant level.

A small supermarket is located about 2 km away in the neighbouring village. A restaurant and public transport are 200 m away. A gravel beach can also be reached 200 m away, while the nearest sandy beach is about 800 metres away. A golf course and a tennis court can be found about 20 km away. The airport is about 31 km away by car.

    “Erstmaliger Aufenthalt auf Lanzarote, wir verbrachten sehr schöne und erholsame Ferien.
    Wir würden dieses Haus wieder mieten. Positiv: Lage zum Meer, Bade Möglichkeiten. Sauber und gepflegtes Haus. Wöchentliche Reinigung inkl. frische Bettwäsche etc. Aussicht von der Küche auf das Meer, jeden Morgen ein schöner Sonnenaufgang! Einkauf Möglichkeit im Dorf und gute Restaurants. Negativ: Auto Miete notwendig, um die Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besichtigen. Restaurant: El Lago in Arrieta, . - 5 Minuten vom Haus entfernt, gutes Fisch Restaurant mit guter Bedienung. Ausflüge: Jardin de Cactus, Mirador del Rio, Jameos del Agua , Museum Cesar Manrique ect...... - Sehenswert und in naher Umgebung”

    “Das war bisher unser schönstes Ferienhaus. Wenn uns nicht die Coronakrise dazwischen gekommen wäre, hätten wir uns pudelwohl im Casa del Capitan gefühlt. Direkt am Meer, super Pool, nette, gemütliche Einrichtung. Alles da, was man braucht; Geschirrspüler mit Spülpulver, Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel, Weichspüler. Wir waren zu zweit und jeder hatte ein eigenes Badezimmer. Eines mit Wanne am Fenster mit Blick auf Pflanzen nach draussen. Sehr ruhig und doch zentral - 200 m zum nächsten guten Restaurant, in 10 min zu Fuss im Dorf mit ca. 5 guten Restaurants. Was will man mehr.
    Sehr bedauerlich, dass die halbe Zeit unseres Urlaubs Hausarrest angesagt war, aber den haben wir zumindest in einer schönen Umgebung abgesessen.”

    “Een heerlijk huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Erg schoon. Het contact met de eigenaar is perfect. Zij wachtte ons keurig op en gaf ons direct het gevoel welkom te zijn. We kregen een aantal goede bezoekadviezen. Het huis is exact zoals het wordt beschreven. De zee stroomt als het ware de keuken en kamer in. De weg , die langs het huis loopt, stelt niet zoveel voor. Een keurig onderhouden, klein zwembad is een heerlijke bijkomstigheid. Bij aankomst kregen we een fles wijn van het eiland, met een kaasje en wat knabbels, tekenend voor de gastvrijheid, die we alle dagen gevoeld hebben.
    Een huis om heerlijk in uit te rusten na een dag zon, zee of excursie.
    Via whatsapp hielden we contact met de eigenaar. Zij reageerde direct op een app. Klasse.”

    “Das Ferienhaus hat alle Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Alles in diesem Haus ist sehr gepflegt. Der allgemeine Zustand ist sehr gut, was bei der salzhaligen Luft und der vielen Sonne verwundert. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Wein, Wasser, Käse und Bananen waren schon da. Die Komunikation, im Vorfeld, über WathsApp war sehr einfach und sehr freundlich. Auch wurden wir während des Aufenthaltes angeschrieben ob etwas fehlt und es uns gut geht. Das Haus wird einmal pro Woche gereinigt und die Wäsche gewechselt. Auch der Poolboy kommt min. einmal die Woche. Der Pool war sauber das Wasser von der Temperatur erträglich. Das Umfeld ist ruhig und die Straße vor dem Grundstück ist kaum befahren.”
