This traditional house, built in the typical style of Istria, has been adapted to the requirements of contemporary life. It is located in a small village, behind the church, amid lush green surroundings, which is ideal for nature lovers. External stairs connect the ground floor and the first floor. The ground floor houses the fireplace, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room and a small bathroom. The bedrooms and another bathroom are located on the first floor. There is an outdoor pool and a stone barbecue in the garden. A short drive of about 20 minutes will take you to the nearest beaches, which are located in Plomin Luka. Rabac with its beautiful beaches is about 30 minutes away. You can also visit the old town of Labin and the Rocks of Ucka, which offer a breath-taking view.

    “Im und um das Haus hat alles gepasst. Wenn dann sind es nur Kleinigkeiten, die man vielleicht ändern sollte. Einmal ist die Kaffeemaschine einfach zu klein. Kaffee für die Familie zu machen, dauert Stunden. Wir haben uns eine Kaffeemaschine gekauft und das Problem war gelöst. Weiter sollte vor dem Fernseher vielleicht eine andere Sitzmöglichkeit stehen. Diese Holzbänke sind einfach unbequem. Im Haus selber war alles, sogar ein Bügeleisen mit kleinem Bügelbrett. Außerhalb vom Haus war alles vorhanden. Pfingsten war für den Urlaub ein toller Monat. Es blühte alles auf dem Grundstück. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und war immer sauber. Wir als Familie können Haus und Grundstück nur weiter empfehlen.”

    Sehr freundliche und liebevolle Vermieter, die gleichzeitig auch sehr gute Bootsführer, Köche und Fremdenführer sind. Sprechen Deutsch und Englisch und geben wertvolle Tipps.
    Das Haus liegt ca. 20 min von Rabac und Labin entfernt, es gibt im Umkreis von 10 km einige sehr gute Restaurants und direkt um die Ecke einen kleinen Laden zum Einkaufen.
