Large holiday home with two terraces near the popular beach at Okrug Gornji
The holiday home is on the west coast of the island of Ciovo, one of the most attractive holiday
areas in Croatia with 2670 hours of sunshine a year. It is located in a residential area, just
100/150 metres from the the popular beach at Okrug Gornji.
The two-storey house provides 185m² of space for eight people. It has four bedrooms with double beds, of which two are on the ground floor and two are on the first. On each floor there is a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The 35m² open space on the gound floor, offers comfortable fully-equipped living room (CD player, DVD player, radio, satellite TV) and fully-equipped kitchen (two fridge and freezer compartments, gas cooker, oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee machine, microwave oven). Air conditioning is available on request, one is located on the ground floor in the open space kitchen/living room and another in the hallway on the first floor so the bedrooms can be cooled if left opened. Wi-fi is free to use and has great coverage all around the house.
The house has two large, furnished terraces that are fenced, as well as a small garden and two
parking spaces. The barbecue area in front of the house can be used freely.

The beach at Okrug Gornji 60 metres away is ideal for families with children. It is known for its
fine pebbles and there are many bars and cafés there. The centre of village Okrug Gornji is about
500 metres from the house. The house is 200 metres to the boat pier, from where there are taxi boats
to Trogir that you can use to visit its historic old town. The central bus station is also in
Trogir. 100 metres from the house there is a supermarket and an excellent restaurant.
