    “Das Haus ist nahezu perfekt; ausgestattet zum Leben, geräumig für 4 Personen, großzügiger Küche, mit Tiefkühlfach und Geschirrspüler, großzügigem Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher, DVD-PLayer und Sky. Die Einrichtung und Deko ist sehr stilvoll. Das Haus war absolut sauber. Das Bad ist klein, aber okay; eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Die beiden Schlafräume wiesen jeweils zwei relativ schmale Betten mit eher weichen Matratzen auf; ohne Probleme nutzbar, sind aber zu optimieren.
    Die Lage des Hauses ist traumhaft; großes, gepflegtes Grundstück und ruhige Lage. Abends treten aus dem angrenzenden Wald Wildtiere auf angrenzende Wiesen; Beobachtung aus dem Haus möglich. Aus dem Haus mit Ausnahme der Küche aus jedem Zimmer - Seeblick. Tolle große Terrasse mit ansprechendem Gartenmobiliar. Ordentlicher Badesteg mit Leiter i.d. See sowie 3 Booten; 1 x gr. Ruderboot, 1x kl. Ruderboot, 1x Kajak. Nähe des Hauses zum See sehr attraktiv; leider kein seichter Seeeinstieg für kleinere Kinder in unmittelbarer Nähe.
    Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - kaum zu überbieten.”

    “Sehr schön und ruhig gelegenes Haus in frisch renoviertem Zustand mit Blick auf den See. Zwei Sitzgelegenheiten im Garten bieten die Möglichkeit, je nach Windrichtung eine geeignete Position für das Frühstück im Garten zu wählen.
    Zum Zeitpunkt unserer Reise war die obere Etage nicht verfügbar, was aber mit drei Personen kein Problem darstellte. Der untere zweite Schlafraum (1 auf dem Grundriss) ist nur begrenzt nutzbar, da er nur durch einen Vorhang vom Flur getrennt ist.
    Abendlicher Blick auf Elche direkt vom Haus aus möglich. Für Kinder Trampolin und Schaukel vorhanden.”
