    “Ausstattung: sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, Pfannen sollten mal erneuert werden; Mediatechnik sehr gut, WLAN wäre aufgrund der ungünstigen Netzabdeckung in Rubitz gut
    Lage: Rubitz liegt einen Kilometer von Kenz entfernt, ruhig und abgeschieden, der nächste Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeit in Barth (5 km)
    Zustand: schickes Haus mit sehr großer Ferienwohnung, modern gehalten
    Sauberkeit: gut, vielleicht auch mal unter den Betten reinigen :-)
