Independent house with sea views in the small hamlet Montignoso, in the green park of the Apuan Alps. The apartment extends over two floors: ground floor with kitchen, dining room with fireplace and bathroom; first floor with two bedrooms. Private and equipped garden (partially terraced grounds) for outdoor dining and children's playground. Grounds with olive trees below the garden. The beaches of Marina di Massa (8 km), the fashionable seaside resort of Forte dei Marmi (8 km), Lido di Camaiore (14 km) and Viareggio (24 km) are easily accessible. 9 km Pietrasanta, the so-called “little Athens”, 12 km Carrara with its prestigious marbles. The area offers many hiking trails. From the coast a 20km bike path that connects the villages of Versilia. For nature lovers: the Antro del Corchia (25 km) cave system in the Apuan Alps Regional Park, most important karst complex of Italy with its 70 km of underground galleries and wells; 83 km the stalactite cave Grotta del Vento. 35 km Lake of Massaciuccoli with the remains of Roman baths. 15 km Colonnata, renowned for the delicacy “lardo di Colonnata”, pork fat cured for months in basins made of local marble. For art lovers: 40 km the beautiful town of Lucca surrounded by its medieval walls, 42 km Pisa and its famous Leaning Tower, 116 km Florence, the city of art par excellence, the cradle of the Renaissance. In summertime ferries from Viareggio to the Cinque Terre area. The last 200 m to the house are unpaved.

    “Drei Kilometer vom nächsten Dorf entfernt, mitten im Wald in herrlicher Lage mit Blick auf das Meer. Ideal für Wanderer, Mountainbiker und Motorradfahrer und solche, die die Ruhe und die Natur genießen wollen. Ein super schönes Haus mit einer tollen Terrasse, liebevoll eingerichtet. Italienische Kräuter, Himbeeren, Kirschen, Pflaumen und Trauben sind auf dem Grundstück angepflanzt und die Feriengäste können sich daran bedienen. Sehr empfehlenswert.”

    “Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist in diesem Ferienhaus richtig aufgehoben. Der Blick auf das Meer ist einfach toll. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr gut. Es fehlt eigentlich an nichts. Sehr sauber, sehr schöne Zimmer. Die Terrasse ist super. Das Haus können wir sehr empfehlen. Das einzige was wir bemängeln müssen ist der Weg zum Haus. Bis zum Meer und zum nächsten größeren Einkaufscenter sind es ca. 30 min zum fahren. Das Haus ist sehr schwer zu finden, es steht zwar ein Schild an der Straße, dass ist aber nur sehr schwer zu lesen außerdem ist es genau hinter einer Kurve.
    Für einen erholsamen Urlaub ist das Haus super, wer täglich ans Meer will muss mit einer längerer Fahrtzeit rechnen.”
