Great villa superbly located enjoys an enviable water front position and astonishing views of calm waters of Porto Colom bay. From the villa you can enjoy the views of S’Arenal sandy beach and at the wonderful views of the bay and the typical houses of Porto Colom at the far end. Porto Colom is a peaceful fishing village and one of the largest natural harbours in Mallorca; it still keeps the charm of the typical fishing ports, where it is still possible to see the fishermen repairing the nets on the dock. It offers many nice restaurants in water front position and several sandy coves such as Cala Marçal, S’Arenal, and the unspoiled rocky cove S’Algar. Within a walking distance you have supermarkets, shops, cafeterias, banks, a diving school etc. and Golf facilities only 5 minutes drive. Within 10-15 minutes drive you reach the resort of Cala D’Or, the charming villa Porto Petro or Felanitx where you can visit its bustling market every Sunday morning.



Bergantí 2 is a superb two-storey villa of 300sq. meters, offering high standard and well furnished accommodation with lots of relaxing space. The rooms are airy, full of natural light and most of them have sea views. The ground floor boasts a comfortably furnished living/dining room with sliding doors leading to the terraces with wonderful views of the bay of Porto Colom. Its modern and well equipped kitchen offers an induction cooker and a separate utility room. This floor also offers a twin bedroom with en-suite shower-rom, a room where the children have space to play and separate shower-room. The first floor boasts a lovely master bedroom with access to the balcony with astonishing sea views. This bedroom also has a spacious en-suite bathroom with a separate bath and a shower. Two double bedrooms with access to the balcony with sea views that share a separate bathroom and the last, a double bedroom with en-suite shower-room.



Outdoor Enjoy the balmy summery evenings relaxing at the spacious terraces enjoying the peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful panoramic views of the charming bay of Porto Colom. The terraces that also have retractable awnings offer terrace furniture where you can enjoy delicious breakfasts or “al fresco” evening meals overlooking the pretty bay. There is also a portable barbecue. The rectangular pool (4m x 10m) with roman steps is fenced which is particularly suitable for families with young children. There is also a large and well-kept lawn garden. Enclosed in the price are bed linen, towels for the house, tea towels, the final cleaning and other costs (electricity, water, gas). The first cot and highchair are included in the price.




All the bedrooms and living room boast air conditioning heat/cool with a limited timetable (bedrooms: 20.00 - 08.00, living room: 10.00 - 20.00)
