This fairytale vacation home is located in a quiet location in the middle of the village of Nerezisce. The stone house has been renovated to a high standard and the original character has been preserved. On the first floor there is a tastefully furnished living room with fireplace. The large and modern furnished kitchen is separated from the living part. In front of the cottage there is a covered terrace, which is located next to the pool. Bedroom and bathroom are located on the upper floor. The cottage is located on a plot with a private chapel. The small St. Joseph church belongs to the family of the house owner and can be visited. The cottage is very suitable for a cozy family vacation. Nerezisce is located in the interior of the island of Brac, which is famous for a church with a pine tree on the roof. In the largest town on the island, Supetar, which is 6 km away, there are many recreational opportunities. Active vacationers will find various sporting opportunities in the town of Bol, which is also known for its fantastic beach, Zlatni Rat.

    “Das Haus ist nicht wie beschrieben ausgestattet. Geschirrspüler fehlt, Dunstabzug ist eine Kupferattrappe. Die Sessel sind nicht brauchbar da Federn defekt. Das GRÖßTE Problem: der Besitzer wohnt gleich nebenan und hat keine Hemmungen einen ständig zu besuchen.
