Apartment with a wonderful view of the Moselle

The holiday apartment is in the upper area of Pölich with a wonderful view of the Moselle.

The light 34m² apartment has a large living room-kitchen and a sleeping area with a double bed separated off by shelving. The apartment offers two people a pleasant holiday. In combination with the second apartment, up to six people can be accommodated comfortably. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The living room has a radio, TV, Wi-Fi. The bathroom has a toilet, a washbasin and a 90cm shower.

The apartment is accessed through a separate entrance. Outside you can find a terrace, a grill area and a children’s playground. The apartment is barrier-free and provides all the necessary comfort.

The surroundings have a lot to offer. The centre is about 250 metres away and it is about 500 metres to the nearest restaurant. There are shopping facilities about 2km away.     “Für unsere Ansprüche sehr, sehr gut!!
    Möglichkeit bei Sonnenaufgang auf der Terasse im Pyjama zu Frühstücken und gleichzeitig vor fremden Blicken geschüzt zu sein ! Die Umgebung bietet vor allen
    viel Ruhe ! zudem ist es herrlich auf der Mosel die vorbeifahrenden Schiffe und Sportboote mit Wasserskifahrern Stundenlang zu beobachten !
    An und in der Unterkunft war für uns alles sehr sauber und Top !”

    “Příjemný byt v přízemí, se samostatným vchodem s krásným výhledem na vinice a Moselu. Dobře vybaven, s celým sporákem, mrazákem, velkou lednicí, pohodlnou postelí, sezením venku - lehátka i stolek se židlemi. Parkovací místo u domu.”
