Semi-detached holiday home with a garden overlooking the swimming pool. This holiday home is situated centrally at only ca. 500 meters from the beach at the Northcoast of Crete. Next to this holiday home there are eight other similar homes located. The comfortable holiday home has been furnished in a modern style. The swimming pool and garden are great to relax or sunbathe. Also the roof terrace is great for sunbathing while enjoying the sunsets and beautiful views of the sea, Rethymnon and the mountains.
You can enjoy the Greek climate at the sandy beach at only 800 meters, or on hot days you can cool off in the pool. At only 10 km you will find the lively town of Rethymnon. The town has a long boulevard with modern cafes and bars. You can enjoy the most delicious fish and seafood at the beautiful old harbour. Rethymnon has supervised beaches with a coast line of more than 20 km stretching east and west. This holiday home is also a good starting point to discover the beautiful island of Crete.

Swimmingpool can be heated in the months March, April, May and October. Costs € 35,-- per day.

    “Lage: ruhig, Sicht auf den Ort und das Meer, Infrastruktur gut, sehr schönes Apartment, aber bei Anreise durch schlechte Wegbeschreibung und schlechte Ausschilderung sehr schwer zu finden!

    Ausstattung: verbesserungswürdig (z.B. im 2. Schlafzimmer keine Leselampe, im Bad so gut wie keine Ablagemöglichkeit und fehlende Haken für Handtücher, auf dem Sofa 2 Kissen aus denen die "Eingeweide" herausquollen, im Fernsehen kein einziger Deutscher Sender)

    Sauberkeit: angekündigt war Reinigung und Wäschewechsel alle 4 Tage, das hat in der ersten Woche auch funktioniert. In der 2. Woche ist niemand mehr erschienen.     “Schönes gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit einer sehr guten Ausstattung. Tolle Dachterrasse mit traumhaften Ausblick auf Rethymnon und Meerblick. Leider keine bequemen Auflagen für die sehr harten Betonbänke. Gesamte Anlage extrem sauber. Sehr schöner Pool, der alle 3 Tage gereinigt wird. Mit guter Vorbereitung ist das Haus gut zu finden. Sehr angenehme Angestellte vom Poolman bis hin zum Vermietungsbüro.
    Im Ort selbst sehr gute Tavernen (besonders Adriana empfehlenswert) mit guter Küche. Sehr zentral ist von Sfakaki Kreta gut zu erkunden, Auto empfehlenswert. Im Ort ist auch eine Busmöglichkeit vorhanden.
