Lovely Holiday House in Cavalaire-Sur-Mer with Botanical Garden and Ocean Views

This house is in a very quiet location on a cul-de-sac. Follow the road to the end and you can see the ocean.

The house can accommodate up to seven adults and one child (up to age 4) people on 130 m². The living room is connected to the kitchen via a service hatch. The kitchen is equipped with a three burner gas and a one burner electric stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster and a coffee maker. The living room is furnished with a dining table and chairs, two sofas, satellite television (300 channels) and a heater. There are a total of three bedrooms; one bedroom is located upstairs. The two ground floor bedrooms have access to a patio with ocean views. There are two 160 cm and one 180 cm bed. The house boasts two bathrooms - one with a corner tub on the lower level, the other one with a shower. Additionally, there are three toilets. The staircases are child proofed. All rooms offer beautiful ocean views.

All three beautiful patios - one is partially furnished - are furnished with a table and chairs. The patios are also secured, allowing you to let your pet roam freely. The Mediterranean style garden offers views of the ocean and the harbour. The garden offers a gas and a charcoal barbecue, a boules court, outdoor furniture and sun loungers. The property offers parking for three vehicles in front of the house. Safe, street side parking is also available.

All rooms have radiators. The owner makes firewood available at no charge. A washing machine and tumble dryer are at your disposal in the laundry room on the ground floor. There is a bicycle, stored in the garage, where the owner keeps tools and utensils.

The holiday house is a fifteen minute drive from Saint Tropez and a twenty minute boat ride from islands Porquerolles and Port Cros. Cavalaire-sur-Mer is at the heart of the beautiful coast. Enjoy a visit to the botanical garden in Rayol and hike the trails leading through France's most beautiful towns of Gassin, Ramatuelle and Bormes des Mimosas. During the summer, the sandy beaches and the rocks are of course great for swimming. Cultural activities abound: concerts, theatre... Typical Provencal markets are held in Calavaire-sur-Mer on Wednesdays, in la Croix Valmer on Tuesdays and in Saint Tropez on Saturdays. It is a three minute drive to a small supermarket. Other shopping facilities can be found in Cavalaire-sur-Mer town centre.

    “Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen und bietet sowohl innen wie aussen viel Platz. Allerdings lässt unserer Meinung nach die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig, vor allem da noch extra EUR 120 für die Reinigung verrechnet werden.”

    “Lage mit Blick auf Hafen und Umgebung super, wir haben es sehr genossen. Für Hunde ideal Danke. Weg zum Strand über kleine Treppen 10' geht gut und ist abwechslungsreich.

    Bad und WC sauber, bei der Küche und Geschirr wären Verbesserungen angebracht.
    In den Ferien wäre weniger (Geschirr Gläser Apparate) mehr!”
