Formerly a farm, this property, now completely renovated, is located on a 2,000 square metre plot of rural land. It offers a gorgeous view of the valley of the Côte du Rhône and onwards, to Mont Ventoux, the Giant of Provence. There is a sheltered terrace to the pool outside. The interior has well-groomed furnishings in a Provencal style that ensures necessary comfort. The surroundings are peaceful, and not far from a path that takes you through the Gorges de l'Ardèche, where you can swim in one of its creeks.

    “Wir haben erholsame Tage in dem sehr gut ausgestatteten Haus verbracht. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft und zum ausspannen ideal. Die Vermieterin wohnt direkt nebenan und ist herzlich und hilfsbereit. Auch meine zwei Hunde waren gern gesehen und haben sich genauso wohl gefühlt wie wir.”

    “Een eenvoudig maar ruim en proper vakantiehuisje. Complete inrichting. Van vaatwasser tot diepvries. Alles aanwezig. Makkelijke zitbank. Ligging prima. Heel rustige omgeving. Groot terras en privé zwembad. Eigenaresse zeer vriendelijk en indien nodig behulpzaam. Sprak ook Engels. Gedurende ons 14 daagse verblijf heeft ze ons met rust gelaten hetgeen wij wel fijn vonden.
    Een kleine opmerking: een vliegenhor bij de buitendeur was vooral 's-avonds wel prettig geweest evenals een raamhor op de slaapkamer.”

    “Zeer rustig gelegen huisje met het nodige respect aan privacy vanwegen de eigenaars en buren. Zeer aan te bevelen als men op, zoek is naar rust. Het huisje ligt op het einde van een doodlopende straat in een dorpje waar alleen een bakker is en verder niets. Op ongeveer zes kilometer is er een nieuwe grote Lidl waar men alles heeft.”

    “Zeer aangenaam vakantieverblijf. Wie rust en privacy zoekt, is in St. Julien de Peyrolas zeker op de juiste plaats. Zoek je liever de drukte op, zit je op 10' met de wagen in het Ardèchetoerisme.
    Het huisje is verzorgd, heeft een kleine living maar 3 ruime slaapkamers. De twee badkamers zijn een pluspunt.
    In het huis is voldoende en degelijke huisraad.
    De grote terrasparasol zorgt voor voldoende schaduw de ganse dag.
    De tuintafel is vrij onstabiel om met kids te tafelen.
    Het zwembad is ruim en schoon en voorzien van voldoende ligstoelen.
    Geregeld werden we voorzien van verse groenten door de sympathieke eigenaars van het huis.
    Een vakantieverblijf dat we kunnen aanraden.”
