Above Lugano, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, 6 km from the lake, south facing position. In the house: lift, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Narrow motor access (ramp). Stepped path (10 steps) to the house. Shop 6 km, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "Linie 12" 20 m, railway station "Lugano" 7 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km, indoor swimming pool 6 km, lake Lago di Lugano.     “Lage ist Super 400m über Bucht von Lugano. Wohnung befindet sich in Wohnblock mit 9 Wohnungen. Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung entspricht einer Mietwohnung aus den 80er Jahren (geschätzt), dementsprechend hellhörig was uns nicht gestört hat, da im Januar nur noch eine weitere Wohnung bewohnt war. Heizung vorhanden und OK. Parkplatz zu Wohnung ist wertvoll da öffentliche Parkplätze mehr als rar.
