Parking (for 1 car) is available in a carport and on the property and in a parking lot in the village. There are two studio apartments in the building. Parking for Studio 1 is available in front of the building. For studio 2 parking is 200m away (in the next street) on a private property, also included in the price.

    “Fernseher vorhanden aber nur italienische und kroatische Sender, als wir ankamen war die Wohnung dreckig, das Bad stinkt und es gab Probleme mit dem Parkplatz das einzige positive war, dass es mit ca 400 m relativ nah am Meer ist. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig wenn man sich kaum darin aufhält in Ordnung.”

    “Die Ferienwohnung wurde nach dem individuellen Geschmack des Vermieters gebaut und eingerichtet. Auf den Bildern und aus der Beschreibung heraus ist zu erkennen, dass es sich um ein zweckmäßig und einfach eingerichtetes Objekt handelt. Bei TV Geräten ist zu bemerken, dass nicht unbedingt davon ausgegangen werden kann, dass auch deutsche Programme empfangen werden können. Da der Vermieter Kunden aus ganz Europa hat, ist nicht immer sicher zu stellen, dass für jeden Kunden seine Programme vorhanden sind.”
