Beautiful, cosy apartment house "Chalet Schwendihus". In the district of Schwendi, outside the resort, 2.6 km from the centre, on a main road, south facing position. For shared use: garden. Patio. In the house: WiFi, storage room for skis, central heating system. In Winter: please take snow chains. Stepped path to the house. Parking at the house, communal covered parking (extra). Shopping centre 2.6 km, bicycle rental 3 km, railway station "Schwendi" 300 m, outdoor swimming pool 2 km, indoor swimming pool 2.7 km. Golf course (9 hole) 4 km, tennis 3.5 km, minigolf 2.9 km, sports centre 2.7 km, mountain railway 2 km, gondola lift 2 km, ski rental 2 km, cross country ski track 300 m, children's playground 2.7 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Thuner-/Brienzersee 15 km. Please note: car recommended, no lift. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Grindelwald. Additional accommodations can be booked. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

    “Sicher ist es, wie andere Kunden schon bemerkten, ein recht einfach gehaltenes Objekt.
    Trotzdem halte ich das Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis für nicht tragbar. Für den gleichen Preis kann man in der Region Garmisch-Partenkirchen in Deutschland eine erstklassisch ausgestattete FEWO mieten. Bei der Buchung einer FEWO gehe ich als Kunde davon aus, dass die Küchenausstattung auch für 4 Personen ausreicht wenn 4 Betten drin stehen.
    Sich ein Weinglas zu viert teilen zu müssen finde ich bei dem Preis eine Zumutung. Auch der Zustand der Möbel und der Beleuchtung läßt zu wünschen übrig. Was ordentlich funktionierte war die Heizung! Ich möchte nicht als notorischer Meckerer dastehen, aber ich kann schon beurteilen was der Kunde bei dem Preis erwarten kann.
