The Tenuta San Savino Rocchette is a country residence just opened. The rural buildings have been restored using the most current guidelines in both, aesthetic and structural (among other things are earthquake-proof). They are also equipped with the latest technology, from home automation to solar thermal panels.
The farm is on "Ospitalità Italiana". Ospitalità Italiana Seal is a certification promoted by the Chambers of Commerce to evaluate the quality of the receptive and restorative facilities in Italy.
The apartments are located in one of two major houses (the other is the home of the owners) and other outbuildings. The apartment of the Castle is a lovely, romantic, small building on two levels. In the "House of the Contrade" there are three apartments: upstairs "Flames" and "Cross", on the ground floor "Dragon". Next to this apartment is located the Wellness area. The apartment of the Castle is located in front of the Casale delle Contrade. The upstairs apartments have panoramic views on three sides: at valley overlooking the hills of Otricoli, ancient Roman city on the banks of the Tiber, while upstream Poggio di Otricoli, fortified medieval town. The apartments are tastefully furnished, some with antiques and other with objects of design.
The property is completely fenced, in the garden is the swimming pool and jacuzzi with chromotherapy fully equipped with beds, chairs, umbrellas and chairs "lot". In another corner of the garden, away from the pool, there are fun swings and chairs made from tree trunks. The old bread oven is housed in a lovely porch where the buffet is served for breakfast or brunch.
Our guests can use the wellness center, with mini Iacuzzi pool, infrared sauna and showers with starry sky. Soon we will have the scope of the horse but already there is the possibility of renting a box for your horse. To go on holiday with him will never been easier!

Il Castello
The apartment of the district "Castello" Is set in the delightful, romantic cottage on two levels once used as a farm outbuilding.
Upstairs there is a mini living room with kitchenette and through the spiral staircase down to the ground floor you will reach a bedroom, furnished with a king size bed and an antique chest of drawers. Furthermore there is the design bathroom and the rain shower with chromotherapy.
On the ground floor the guests can use the large terrace /solarium (for the exclusive use of occupants). On the first floor with panoramic balcony, where in the evening you can set up an unforgettable dinner for two.
