Im 1. Stock befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer - ein kleineres mit einem Doppelbett, ein grosses mit zwei Einzelbetten und zwei Arbeitstischen aus Glas - sowie ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Im Hochparterre gibt es eine Sauna mit Dusche, eine zusätzliche Toilette befindet sich im Eingangsbereich. Eine steile Steintreppe führt vom Eingang bis hinauf in den 2. Stock.

In Morcote gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants und direkte Schiffsverbindungen u.a. nach Italien, Lugano oder Gandria. Viele Wander- und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.
