Small, newly renovated farmhouse on a rushing stream with an outbuilding is looking for its lovers. In the middle of nature in the heart of the Kalkalpen National Park! The property can be accessed via a bridge from the main road. An old barn, partly brick, serves as an outbuilding. There is also an old earth cellar next door. The flat surface area surrounding the property ensures plenty of options and sufficient space. Idyllic on the Dambach, with private stone access to the water, what more could you want.

On the ground floor of the holiday home is the dining kitchen and the spacious living room. Here you will find enough space so that nothing stands in the way of cooking together. A toilet completes the offer on this level. A new wooden staircase leads to the attic. There are two further rooms here, both with a shower and toilet connection.
