As the name suggests, this versatile and spacious villa close to land and sea is perfect for those who want to enjoy both on holiday! The rather quiet yet close-to-town location brings further advantages. What immediately catches the eye here is the sensational veranda, which is located above the pool and offers several particularly inviting seating and relaxation options as well as a marvellous view. The pool, which shines in shades of blue and is easily accessible via a Roman staircase, the well-tended sunbathing lawn and the sun deck stretch out directly in front of you and behind it you can see the rather flat landscape of the south of the island. These are the best conditions for extensive outdoor holidays Gas barbecue, comfortable sun loungers and parasols complete the entertainment programme that will delight young and old alike.

In a total of five individually furnished bedrooms, you will find a cosy ambience for relaxing holiday nights. Floor-to-ceiling windows let in Mediterranean light and open up wonderful views. Three en suite bathrooms, some of which are accessible from two bedrooms, tastefully round off the living comfort.

The name of this villa, which is located in an urbanisation off the coast of the capital Palma, speaks of sea and land. A well-kept garden with plenty of green lawns offers the best conditions for relaxing in style. Thanks to its location by the road, you can easily reach several destinations and you can do your shopping in the nearby village of Sa Cabaneta. Palma is around 20 minutes away by car. Various sandy beaches on the south coast, such as Cuidad Jardin, Cala Estancia or Es Penyo, are 12 to 13 km away.
