Apartment 1
This 2 room apartment (43 sqm) with bedroom, living room and kitchen is located on the ground floor and is popular with younger and older guests as well as families. It can also be reached barrier-free through the courtyard entrance. You first enter the large living room, in which there is a slightly larger eat-in kitchen with a dining area for 4 people. The kitchen has all the appliances for normal use: sink, 2-plate ceramic hob induction stove, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, egg stove. If required, a microwave and oven can be used in the larger shared kitchen right next to the apartment entrance.
The living room is equipped with a TV (cable TV), fast internet connection (WiFi) and an electrically adjustable leather recliner. A spacious bedroom offers plenty of room. Large bathroom with window and extractor has direct access from the bedroom.
Beds for 4 persons: King double bed in the bedroom, a single bed (foldaway bed) and sofa bed (140x200) in the living room. If required, an a baby travel cot with blanket, pillow and bed linen (0-3 years = one-off surcharge of 15€) can be provided on request.
The terrace next to the house entrance with a view of the quiet play street and the seating area in the inner courtyard invite you to linger.
Bed linen and towels are provided. 2 washing machines and 2 dryers are available and can be used for a small fee.
