The lakeside holiday apartments with balcony are located on the 1st and 2nd floor and face south towards the lake. The idyllic lake promenade and a bike path lead directly past the house. Regardless of whether you are looking for piece and relaxation or prefer activity and sport, you will find everything you need in the Zell am See – Kaprun region. The 3-room holiday apartment with balcony and 65 m2 of usable space is on the 2nd floor.
A vestibule with a cloakroom leads to a south-facing living room with a balcony and a great view over the lake and the garden, with a comfortable living area with a large couch, behind it a double bed, as well as cupboards and shelves. Another, separate bedroom with double bed, large wardrobe and linen cupboard.

The kitchen has complete equipment, an electric stove with ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, plenty of cupboards and a large dining area.
The bathroom is tiled and equipped with a toilet, additional shower and suction.
