The property has an endearing and dreamy feel as it is situated on a 1000 m² plot of land surrounded by mature trees. It is waiting for guests who want to live in an authentic Mallorcan house, enjoy their privacy but do not want to miss out on the easy accessibility of infrastructure and beaches. In the outdoor area, you can choose between several sun loungers on two covered verandas and enjoy the marvellous panoramic views from there. Depending on the position of the sun or the time of day, the north or south side of the house is the favoured location. On one side, the 10 metre long pool with chairs and lounge deck is at your feet, accessible via a Roman staircase; on the other side, the brick BBQ grill invites you to feast in the evening light. If you want to climb up to the house, you can go up to the roof terrace and enjoy the beautiful surroundings from there. The outdoor pool is very practical. You don't have to stagger around the house with wet feet after a swim.

Even in summer, people spend at least the nights indoors. And that is also a blessing in Casa Romy, because the owners of the villa have helped to create a cosy atmosphere in which you can immediately feel at home, even as a guest. And so you can relax to your heart's content under the exposed beamed ceilings in the cosy lounge, which has no strict style, perhaps with a good book or your favourite TV show. The dining area and fully equipped kitchen practically merge into one another here, so that everything is combined in one large function room. A great extra is the second lounge next to the pool, which offers an attractive way to switch off and enjoy exclusive privacy. A bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom are also located on this upper floor. Two further double bedrooms, each with two single beds, await guests seeking peace and quiet on the lower floor. The second bathroom is also located on this floor. Surrounded by beautiful trees and even more countryside, the authentic Casa Romy awaits its guests. Just 2 km north-east of Santanyi, you can relax here in natural surroundings and do your daily shopping in the town. Cala Figuera with its beautiful coastal promenade, around 8 km away, is perfect for a stroll. Cala Santanyi can be reached in 10 minutes and other beautiful natural beaches are also within easy reach.
