This beautiful vacation home is located in front of the rugged landscape of the Colline Saint Jacques, surrounded by forests. The villa consists of a main building and an independent apartment. The main building has a kitchen, a dining area, an air-conditioned living room, three bedrooms and a cellar with a washing machine. On the upper floor there is another bedroom and a shower room. The air-conditioned apartment includes a kitchen with dining area, a sitting area, a bedroom, a shower room and a washing machine. Outside there is an enclosed garden with shady areas, a play area for children and terraces. The terrace of the villa has seating and a gas barbecue, while the terrace in the outbuilding has access to the pool. The property has a private heated pool, a spa area with a hot tub and a gazebo with seating. The owners of the property live in an adjoining house on site and share access through the automatic gate, but do not use the swimming pool. The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in the heart of the Colline Saint Jacques. The first shopping facilities: Bakery, grocery store and supermarkets are approx. 2 km away. Nature and hiking lovers will appreciate the natural surroundings. You can easily reach the mountain villages of the Luberon: Gordes, Ménerbes, Roussillon and Bonnieux. Plus the town of Isle sur la Sorgue with its stores and very famous antiques fairs.
