The 65 square metre two-room holiday apartment for 2 to max. 4 people is located separately in the basement of the owner's house on the outskirts of Vielist. It is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function as an extra bed, flat screen TV), a bedroom (double bed), a separate kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, various kitchen appliances) and a bathroom with shower/WC. The accommodation is heated by underfloor heating. There is a furnished terrace, barbecue facilities and a car park. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption. A cot and high chair are available for small children. Internet (W-LAN) is also available. One small pet with a maximum shoulder height of 40 cm is allowed in this property.

Vielist, a small district of the municipality of Grabowhöfe, is idyllically situated between the clear lakes of the Mecklenburg Lake District and the wooded hilly landscape of Mecklenburg Switzerland and only approx. 5 km north of the state-approved spa town of Waren (Müritz) - the tourist centre of the region. The town can be reached quickly via the main road or the neighbouring cycle and hiking trail and offers numerous shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés, the large public swimming pool on the Müritz, boat and bicycle hire and water sports facilities. Attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with passenger boat service and promenade, the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the flora and fauna of the lake district, as well as the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths (also in combination with the passenger boat service) and the Nossentiner Schwinzer Heide Nature Park or the bison enclosure on the Damerower Werder.
