The villa offers a beautiful outdoor area with a refreshing pool, sun loungers, an outdoor dining table where you can enjoy al fresco meals and a barbecue. Enjoy friendly competitions with access to an indoor squash court shared with guests from the other half of the house. Two car parking spaces are also available. Inside, Villa Sunset offers a contemporary interior with modern bathrooms. The ground floor comprises a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a study and a bathroom. The first floor has three double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, ensuring both comfort and privacy. Pore is just a short drive away, where you can admire the Basilica of Euphrasia, a stunning 6th century masterpiece.
