This beautiful rustic holiday home lies the small village Floricici in Central Istria.
Next to the house, a path leads to the excursion point - waterfall Sopot which is only 200 m from the house. This part of Istria is also known for hiking and cycling trails, making it an ideal place for active holidaymakers wanting to get to know Istria better. The nearest larger place with a shop is Pican, 6 km away, and the nearest restaurant is in Gracisce, 8,5 km away.
Holiday House Tone is situated on the outskirts of the village and has a plot of 700 sqm with a swimming pool of 24 sqm, covered terrace with barbecue, children's playground and parking for 2 cars.
Holiday home of 95 sqm has two separate apartments. On the ground floor, there is a kitchenette and two bedrooms, each with private shower/toilet. On the first floor is an equipped kitchen with dining room and living room, a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with bunk beds, a shower/toilet in the hall. Please note that this property may accept youth groups on request. Please contact us to check. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or younger. If you are a youth group [or planning a stag/hen party], you may be asked to pay an additional security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused to the property by you will be deducted from the security deposit.
