Casa Adele is charming renovated house, situated in small settlement Diminići, only 2 km from the beach (Autocamp Tunarica) and 4 km to the first shop, coffee shop and restaurant (Trget).
Labin city is only 10 minutes away if you use the car. House itself was built in 1937. and renovated in 2008. On its, completely fenced property of 310 sqm, lush in greenery it offers to the guests covered terrace with sitting set, barbecue, 4 sun loungers and two covered parking spaces.
Holiday house for up to 4 guests, with total area of 80 sqm. In the ground floor there is completely furnished and modern kitchen, separate living room with sofa bed, SAT TV, aircondition and dining table, one shower/toilette. On the first floor there are two air-conditioned double bed bedrooms. Please note that this property may accept youth groups on request. Please contact us to check. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or younger. If you are a youth group [or planning a stag/hen party], you may be asked to pay an additional security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused to the property by you will be deducted from the security deposit.
