Spacious Punta Umag accommodation near the beach Wi-Fi

The spacious air-conditioned apartment, with three bedrooms, of 110 m2, located in the tourist area of Umag most loved by tourists. The apartment is located on the first floor of a family house where two other apartments are rented, each for 2+2 people. The accommodation is located in the tourist area of Umag preferred by tourists, due to the variety of beaches and the coast surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation rich in plants of different species of evergreen shrubs, pines and cypresses.

The location is perfect for families with children due to the playground near the house and the proximity of the beaches. The beach facilities are easily reachable on foot in a few minutes. The location is quiet, sunny surrounded by greenery, but still central. The tennis courts where the famous ATP Open Croatia tennis tournament in Umag has been held for years at 500 m.

The accommodation has three bedrooms each with a double bed (180x200) and a single bed, bedside tables, night lamps and wardrobe, bed linen provided (changed weekly), a very simple eat-in kitchen equipped with fridge, oven, stove , kettle, coffee machine, dining table with chairs and exit to the open terrace furnished with table and chairs, air conditioner in the entrance. There is a complete bathroom with shower, sink with mirror and cabinet, bidet, toilet and washing machine, the service bathroom with toilet and sink, bathroom towels provided (2 per person, changed weekly). At the entrance there is a covered terrace equipped with a table, benches or chairs. The accommodation offers free Wi-Fi internet connection and free public parking in front of the house and an outdoor table without barbecue in the garden.

* Small pets are welcome with advance notice, supplement per pet per day, to be paid upon arrival
* Smoking is allowed on the terrace or outside, while smoking is not allowed inside
* We ask our kind guests:
- to respect neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during afternoon rest,
- for safety reasons, to turn off the air conditioning when they are not in the accommodation,
- to use the accommodation equipment with caution,
- to leave empty containers and to wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- to declare to the owner any damage caused, which after a careful assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the collection of the keys.

The area is quiet surrounded by greenery, the beach can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The nearby beaches are varied to satisfy every type of need, sandy, rocky, pebbly, equipped, with the possibility of renting deck chairs and umbrellas. These beaches make the wonderful Mediterranean vegetation along the coast unique and allow you to shelter from the sun during the hottest hours of the day. To find the beach you prefer, just move a few hundred meters as the structure of the beaches changes. For those who love the gym, on the seafront next to the beach of Villa Rita, outdoor gym equipment is available for free use.

Near the apartment there are a couple of restaurants and pizzerias. Just 400 m away is the tourist train station which leaves from the tourist village of Katoro and runs along the coast to Umag center and vice versa.
