The kitchen is your domain if you like to cook. From a modern stove to a practical oven, from a dishwasher to a spacious refrigerator with freezer compartment – everything is available. Start the day with a cup of coffee from the Nespresso or a tea and use the toaster for a delicious breakfast. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet, and a pleasant rain shower. But the highlight of this apartment is the gallery, where a comfortable double bed (160x200cm) awaits you. With practical storage space underneath and bedside tables next to it, everything is thought of. Your clothes will also find space in the spacious wardrobe.

The patio doors lead you to a paved terrace of 16m2, adjacent to a garden with lawn of 40m2. Located in the southwest, you enjoy sun and shade thanks to the many trees. Relax in the sun loungers or dine outside at the table with two chairs.

Are you bringing your bicycles? Then you can store them safely and possibly charge electric bicycles easily, as there is a lockable bike shed with power. And for the car, there is a parking space at the apartment. Need more space? Parking on the street is also possible.

Although the apartment is less suitable for small children or babies due to the lack of a separate bedroom and specific facilities, it is still possible to stay with them.
