With a living space of 165 square meters, this villa can accommodate up to eight people. It has three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen with dining area. Two of the comfortably furnished bedrooms are located on the second floor, while the third is on the first floor. Also on the first floor are the stylishly furnished and bright living room and the modern kitchen with dining area. From the living room and kitchen you have direct access to the beautiful, covered terrace, which also has a charcoal barbecue. A real eye-catcher is the 40 square meter private pool with hydromassage, which is the perfect remedy for the summer heat and provides lots of fun for young and old. The well-kept and spacious garden is fully fenced, providing additional security for your children, pets and vehicles. So you are fully equipped for a perfect vacation. There is also a children's playground in the garden for our younger guests.

Villa Bella is located in Hreljici, a settlement in the municipality of Marcana.
The Marcana Riviera is a perfect place for a peaceful family vacation in the countryside with numerous authentic cultural monuments of Istrian architecture and churches from the Middle Ages.
You can follow some of the Istrian wine and olive roads and explore the old dry stone walls and Istrian kazuni, authentic small houses.
It is the ideal destination for those looking for a vacation away from the crowded coastal resorts.
The local coastline, 36 km long, is the least populated coastal strip in Istria with crystal clear sea surrounded by lush greenery.
