Beautiful holiday home surrounded by greenery. At the end of the small village of Filipana in southern Istria, a peninsula on the Mediterranean. The holiday home offers a luxurious accommodation experience with plenty of privacy. The natural building materials and the lighting system of the house have been carefully designed to provide maximum comfort and a pleasant holiday experience at all times. The kitchen, a WC, a twin bedroom with bathroom, a double bedroom with directly accessible bathroom, the dining area and the living room are located on the ground floor with a beautiful view of the swimming pool. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The property is set in extensive grounds with numerous olive trees, meadows and woodland, providing a unique atmosphere and complete privacy for guests on a plot of over 22,900 m2. The area around the pool is furnished with loungers made from natural materials. Ideal for family activities, romantic getaways and relaxation, this beautiful holiday home is located in the small village of Filipana in the south of the Istrian peninsula. A holiday stay in this holiday home offers the perfect balance between peace and private enjoyment, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and crowds of tourists, but not far from all the important places on the peninsula.

Pula, the largest city in Istria and only 18 km from the holiday home, is world famous for its stunning Colosseum, an ancient amphitheatre built in the 1st century when Emperor Vespasian ruled this part of the world.

In addition to cultural and historical beauties, Istria offers unique gastronomic experiences that are famous in this part of Europe. Homemade Istrian prosciutto (prut), wine and Istrian pasta (fui) are just some of the delicious culinary delights that Istria can offer for a true experience of homemade Mediterranean cuisine.

The Istrian peninsula is also home to one of the most beautiful national parks in this part of Europe, Brijuni. The national park can be reached by boat from Faana, just 16 km from the holiday home.
