Villa Iskra is located in the western part of the Istrian peninsula, in the town of Sveti Lovreč. Sveti Lovreč is a well-known location that represents the perfect choice for all those guests who are eager to escape from the everyday hustle and bustle and hectic lifestyle. Likewise, in this villa you will enjoy absolute peace and quiet in the company of your own family or a group of friends. Sveti Lovreč is, as they say, a hidden gem, and is one of the best preserved medieval towns in Istria.

Villa Iskra is a rustic beauty, built in 2009, and completely renovated in 2022. It offers you 196 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 1174 m2. It is only 15 km from the nearest sea and beach, as well as from the city of Poreč, and the nearest restaurant is only 400 metres from the villa.

A maximum of 8 people can stay in the villa, which will be distributed in four bedrooms, two of which are on the upper floor, and the remaining two are on the ground floor. There are three double beds in three bedrooms, and two single beds in the fourth room. There are also three bathrooms with a bathtub at your disposal, two of which also have a shower cabin.

On the ground floor there is also a living room with two couches, a coffee table, a TV and chairs. A modern kitchen and dining room with a dining table for 8 people are close to the living room. There you will prepare and try deliciously prepared dishes for the whole family.

On the outdoor terrace there is also a swimming pool with a size of 32 m2 and a depth of 1.5 m. On the sunbathing area, next to the pool, there are 8 deckchairs for sunbathing. There is also an outdoor dining table on the terrace, as well as a charcoal or wood grill.

Additional features of Villa Iskra include a washing machine and an iron, a separate toilet, and with prior agreement you can also use concierge services. If children are coming with you on holiday, you can use a feeder and a baby cot.

The courtyard of the villa offers 3 private parking spaces. The yard is open, and there is enough space for children to play and have fun.

Many local and foreign tourists come to visit Istria every year, and everyone is able to find something fun and interesting for themselves. So you too can explore Istrian places ideal for long walks or cycling, and you will try the gastronomic offer of excellent delicacies in various taverns or restaurants.
