The Finca is located in the green belt between Calonge, Shorta, and Cala d'Or, in a central, quiet location. The neighborhood is characterized by lots of greenery and agriculture. The driveway is lined with almond trees, a wonderful sight in bloom... There are only fincas and greenery here :)


Nearby Cala d’Or is a resort town on the southeastern coast of the Spanish island of Mallorca. It is known for its marina at Cala Llonga. Not only do many yachts anchor here, there are also a few fishing boats here. Many restaurants, charter companies and small shipyards have settled in the marina. Seeing and being seen is just as important here as the love of maritime recreational sports. The shores, including the main beach Cala Gran, are lined with bays lined with pine trees. On a slope to the north, the medieval “Castillo de Santueri” offers views of the town of S’Horta and the coast. In the southwest lies the "Mondrago Natural Park" with numerous species of birds, including cormorants and ospreys. The golf club "Vall Dor Golf" can also be reached in just a few minutes. For tennis fans we have a special offer from the “Soysal Tennis Club” in Club Robinson, just a few minutes away.


The bays and beaches are diverse. Take a trip: Cala Gran, Cala Ferrera, Cala Petita, Cala Egos, Cala Serena, Cala Galera, Cala Esmeralda, Cala d’es Forti. Beaches for every taste!


The area in the southeast of Mallorca is very popular and there are therefore many offers for holiday accommodation. Located in the Green Belt, it is quiet and yet central. In just 3 minutes you can reach the tourist center of Cala d'Or and all amenities (restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, etc.). There are also various bathing bays in the surrounding area and can be reached in between 4 and 10 minutes by car. Also ideal by bike...
