Pleasant Holiday House in Pollença with Private Parking

This country cottage is in a sought-after location surrounded by countryside and mountains, only two minutes away from the historic centre of town, and twelves minutes from the port of Pollença. The house is only accessible via an approach road. This is an ideal place for families with children.

The property consists of three units, with a total of four bedrooms, and can accommodate eight persons: there is the main house with two bedrooms, an adjacent guest cottage with a third bedroom plus a garden room alongside the cottage. THE VILLA This single-storey country villa offers living space for four persons. The cottage is very well maintained with a great attention to detail. It features two high quality bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with top quality bedding and a wardrobe, the second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and heated towel rack. The second bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower, sink, toilet and heated towel rack. The two bathrooms are set in porcelain tiles and are decorated with high quality materials. The fully equipped kitchen includes an eye level oven, gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer combination and shelves. During the winter months, guests have use of the kitchen’s wood fireplace. A dining table with six chairs is also available. The spacious living room at the centre of the cottage benefits from top quality furniture, a television set with satellite receiver, Sky tv, a Bose Hifi system, DVD player, and internet access via Wlan is also available. During the cold winter months, you have an option of using central heating or the open fireplace in the living room. A utility room hosts a washing machine, ironing equipment and covers for the garden furniture. Air conditioning and ceiling fans are also available. THE GUEST COTTAGE The adjacent cottage offers a bedroom with two single beds and a dressing area, an en-suite bathroom, a lounge and kitchen. GARDEN ROOM The cottage garden room has a double bed with a walk in shower room, a flatscreen TV and "mood" lighting.

The roofed outside terrace has a big dining table and chairs, and also a barbecue that cooks with wood and charcoal. The terrace next to the pool is furnished with loungers and has a chill out area with cushions, a great place to enjoy sunbathing. The property boasts several swimming pools, including a heated pool (fee). From the hibiscus garden you can enjoy a far reaching view up to the magical Puig de Marie, a famous monastery situated 330 m above sea level. The two goal posts placed in the villa’s lawn area invite to play some football. Or you can enjoy relaxing in the hammock between two palm trees. Parking spaces are also available.

Guests can take advantage of a shopping service offered prior to arrival. Beach towels are provided. For an extra charge, a comprehensive concierge service is available, including laundry, cleaning, cooking, shopping services and car rental.

A restaurant nearby is a fantastic place for paella. Pollença has various cultural and entertainment activities on offer, and all the necessary conveniences for your daily needs. Cultural sights include interesting architecture, galleries and churches. Those who like an active holiday will appreciate the sports centre and gym, for a game of squash or a swim in the pool. In Can Piqafort, there also is a cart racing track. Water sports activities including Aqualand, boat trips and catamaran excursions are also on offer. The beach of Cala St. Vicente is 12 minutes away. Here at the beach, you can go for a swim in the clear blue sea and enjoy the gorgeous food, especially the fresh from the boat sea food. Playa del Muro is the best beach in this area. It is a 20 minute car drive away and has permanent waves, and the bay benefits from a nice fresh breeze from the North. To Palma airport it takes about 45 minutes by car. Pollença’s golf course is only a two minute car drive away, and if you are looking for a more difficult golf course, you can go to the Alcanada Golf Club with its 18 holes and stunning view across the island of Alcanada. Cyclists, walkers and hikers also get their money’s worth in this area. It takes 50 minutes to get to Palma city, where you can visit the Cathedral or go to Jaime Tres for some shopping. From here, you can also get to the beautiful place of Soller. In August, people from all over the island get together to celebrate the Patrona festival.
