Die Ferienwohnungen im Brühl liegen ruhig am westlichen Stadtzentrumsrand. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist in ca. 10 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar, eine sehr gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr durch zwei Straßenbahnlinien ist gegeben.

Die helle, separate Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss, geeignet für ein bis zwei Personen, befindet sich in einem ruhigen Öko-Wohngebiet in Nähe zum ega-Park und zur Messehalle; auch das Theater Erfurt und das Stadtzentrum sind zu Fuß in 15 bis 20 min oder mit der Straßenbahn gut erreichbar. Zum Wohlfühlen der Gäste im Haus mit „Grüner Hausnummer“ sorgen u. a. Fenster in allen Räumen, Fußbodenheizung, eine ebenerdige Dusche im Bad und einem Freisitz am Wohnzimmer.
