Comfortable Apartment in Umag with Private Parking and Magnificent View

Comfortable apartment for up to 4 people located on the raised ground floor of a family house in Umag. The house is located in the Komunela area, a few steps from the supermarket, bars and sports field.The city center and the beach are easily reachable on foot in about 10 minutes. The accommodation is ideal accommodation for families with children. The location is quiet and sunny. Free Wi-Fi internet connection available, private parking, grill.The house is 400 m from the restaurant, the children's playground and free outdoor gym equipment close to the house, the pebble beach is 1.8 km, the sandy beach 1700 m, the golf course 8 km while the tennis courts at 900 m. Nearby there are various sports facilities, excellent restaurants with fish-based menus, pizzerias and beach bars.

The air-conditioned apartment has two bedrooms, a dining area with a kitchen, bathroom, and balcony. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180x200), two bedside tables with night lamps, two armchairs with a coffee table, wardrobe, and air conditioner, exit to the balcony furnished with a table and 4 chairs overlooking the garden. The second bedroom has two single beds united, two bedside tables with night lamps, wardrobe. Bed linen provided (changed weekly). The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a stove with 4 electric plates, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a kettle, a coffee machine, a mocca, glasses, plates, cutlery, pots, and kitchen utensils. The dining area features a table with 4 chairs, a flat-screen satellite TV and a free Wi-Fi internet connection. The bathroom has a bathtub, bidet, toilet, sink with cabinet and mirror, hairdryer, washing machine, external window, and two bath towels per person provided (weekly change). Private parking, a barbecue and an outdoor shower are available on the fenced property. The ideal accommodation for families with children or small groups of friends, for those who love tranquility and rest.

In the center of Umag we recommend visiting the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam, exploring the narrow and interesting alleys of the historic center of Umag, the new square embellished with a fountain, shopping in the shops in the center or visit the stalls and the playground on the waterfront for the joy of the children.To buy a larger quantity of groceries, we recommend traveling a few kilometers by car to the larger and more convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag.There are various opportunities for recreation in the Umag area: tennis courts, the 18-hole Golf Club Adriatic, horse riding centers, sports centers for water sports enthusiasts where you can practice water skiing, diving, boat rental, an adrenaline park for children and mini golf course in Jangalooz near the Sol Stella Maris tourist village, night clubs, casino, the possibility of various boat trips or by bus.The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food, bars. Livade is a small town known for the white truffle found in the nearby woods. For lovers of astronomy and who wish to admire the sky and the stars, visit the Višnjan Astronomical Center 30 km from Umag by appointment. For cave enthusiasts, visit the small wonderful Baredine cave only 15 km from Umag. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest city in the world only 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj and Poreč, as well as the Brijuni national park which can also be visited with organized trips. There are organized various "Fish picnic" boat trips, with fish or meat picnics during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. Many tourists are interested in the wonderful day trip to Venice by hydrofoil.
