Eine große Wohnanlage direkt am Deich, etwas abseits vom Trubel, daher sehr ruhig. Zu Fuß etwa 15 Minuten zur Ortsmitte und zum Kurzentrum. Direkte Strandlage. 100 m zum Strand und ca. 3 min. zum Hundestrand. Waschmaschine und Trockner gegen Gebühr.

Es ist nur 1 Hund erlaubt.
Die Wohnung liegt im Hochparterre.
Wohn- und Schlafzimmer:
Gepflegtes, freundliches Wohn- und Esszimmer. Das Wohn-/ Esszimmer ist mit einem Essplatz für 4 Personen, einer Schlafcouch, einem Couchtisch und einem Schrankbett ausgestattet. Zur Unterhaltung steht ein Flachbildfernseher und ein Radio zur Verfügung. Vom Wohn-/ Esszimmer direkter Zugang zum Balkon. Das Wohn-/ Esszimmer ist gefliest, die Fenster lassen sich durch Vorhänge verdunkeln. Ein Kleiderschrank befindet sich in einem separaten Zimmer.

Zum Wohn- und Esszimmer offene, komplett eingerichtete, moderne Küche mit 4 Flammen Ceran-Kochfeld, Backofen, Kühlschrank mit 3-Sterne Gefrierfach, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine.

Modernes, freundliches, hell gefliestes Bad mit WC, Waschbecken und Dusche.
Extra:
