Standing in a quiet residential area just a few minutes walk from the bars and restaurants of the exclusive marine area and only 0,5 km from the many facilities of central Cala D'Or. Goleta 10 is a one story villa. From the entrance we access the bright living/ dining room with a fireplace. Completely equipped kitchen. The house has three bedrooms; two of them have double beds, the third bedroom has two single beds. There are two bathrooms, one en suite to a double bedroom with a baht and a shower room.The villa has a fenced garden with a lawned area. The swimming pool surrounded by sun beds. It also has a covered porch with table and chairs to enjoy al fresco barbeque.Deposit 200.- €
