Nice Apartment in Umag with Private Parking

The air-conditioned apartment is located on the raised ground floor of a family house with a private entrance a few steps from the beach and the city center. The location is ideal for those who do not wish to use the car during their vacation. The apartment is great for two people or small families with a small child. Free private parking is available in front of the house. The nearest beach can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes. The park with a grove in front of the house.

The air-conditioned apartment has a private entrance. The entrance is furnished with hangers. The eat-in kitchen is equipped with a dining table with three chairs, a two-burner electric hob, a refrigerator with a freezer area, a microwave oven, a kettle, coffee machine, plates, pots, and cutlery, glasses and kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a bathtub, sink with cabinet and mirror, toilet, hairdryer and external window. Two bath towels per person are provided. The small cozy living room offers a sofa bed for a child (80x150), a coffee table, flat-screen satellite TV, free Wi-Fi internet connection and an air conditioner. From the living area access to the bedroom with a double bed (180x200), two bedside tables with night lamps, and a wardrobe. Bed linen is provided (changed weekly). At the entrance a small terrace.

The area is made up of private houses and buildings, the promenade just a few steps from the apartment. The neighborhood is quiet, sunny, surrounded by greenery, but still central, embellished with a wonderful park full of pine trees, various shops, bakeries, restaurants, and bars are part of it. The location is perfect for those who like to spend their holidays without using the car to get around.

* We kindly ask our guests:

- to respect the neighbors and to behave calmly and discretely, especially at night or during the afternoon rest,
- for safety reasons, to turn off the air conditioning when I am not in the accommodation,
- to use the equipment of the accommodation with caution,
- to leave the containers empty and to wash the used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- to declare to the owner any damage caused, which after an accurate assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the delivery of the keys.

* The accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 on the last day of stay.
