The excellent facilities, on all floors, offer you soothing comfort that your children can use as their private living room in the attic.

Gather in the backyard around the fire pit, where you can cozy up with hot food and drinks on colder days, but which also works well at other times of the year. Also enjoy the sun here from morning to night and make plans for your activities.

Reach the cozy and child-friendly sandy beach with a sunbathing lawn, benches and a swimming pier after just a few minutes walk, where you can cool off on hot summer days. Just a stone's throw away is a boat dock with a mooring belonging to the property for those who want to arrive with their own boat.

The area is rich in recreational areas, and the hiking trail starts right outside the front door. There is good fishing in the area, and crabbing is available in the fall. If you enjoy golf, the Bamble Golf Club with 9 holes is within easy walking or driving distance.
