Our house is located in the mountain town of Schüttdorf, Zell am See, in a prime location right in the heart of the Hohe Tauern National Park. You have less than 1000 Meters to AreitXpress that will take you onto the Schmitten mountain and 800 Meters to Lake Zell! Maiskogelbahn valleystation (one of the startingpoints if you want to go to the glacier) is about 10 minutes away with car or ski bus. 
Zell am See center is easy to reach with the local train, Pinzgauerbahn or bus and you will get there in less than five minutes. The train and bus stops are just 300 meters away from our house. If you prefer to walk it is a very nice walk along the lake and you will get to the center in about 20-25 minutes

A bright apartment with new and high-quality equipment, terrace and a large garden. The living room has a day bed which can be used as a cozy sleeping space for two and a nice sofa. There is also a lovely fireplace. The bedroom has a double bed. 

 

The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, shower and a separate bathtub. The apartment also has a flatscreen TV with cable TV. Internet is available, free of charge. In this apartment there is a kitchen (renovated in 2022) with hotplates, oven, dishwasher and a microwave.
