All rooms are equipped with a double bed, seating, flat screen TV with cable TV, Wireless internet, guest information folder, kitchenette, and bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer. Partly with separate bed rooms as well as balcony with lake view.
There is also a ski room with a heated ski boot dryer and a parking space for each room directly in front of the house.

Very central located, along the road to Zell am See iis Haus Ditzer - 'Villa Theresia' an ideal starting point for the most different excursions – whether to foot, by car or wit hthe bicycle…
The lake with a lovely walking/cycling way you reach in 50m trough the subway.
After 10 min leisurely walk you reach the centre of Zell am See with cablecar "CityXpress"
or very easy with the bus (with skipass for free) - the bus stop is in 20m.

This spacious 2-room apartment with a wonderful lake view can accommodate 2-3 persons on approx. 40m²

It’s located at the south side of the main house and consist of a living-kitchen room with full equipment kitchen (with dishwasher, microwave, stove with 4 ceramic field, Tassimo-coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishes, cleaning equipment, …), dining area and balcony lake view. The bed room is furnished with a double bed and a separate single bed, space for an extra baby bed, flatscreen with cableTv, wireless internet, as well as a bathroom with shower & toilet.
