Auf 45m2 im ersten Stock bietet die Ferienwohnung "Buntspecht" Platz für 2 Erwachsene (und auf Anfrage für weitere 2 Kinder/Jugendliche). Ein geräumiger Eingangsbereich, eine Küche und ein Wohnzimmr mit Esstisch für 4 Personen und einem Sofa mit direktem Zugang zum Balkon und wunderbaren Blick auf den Garten überzeugen. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem großen Bett 180x200cm, Schreibtisch, Schrank und Smart TV's ausgestattet. Die ganze Wohnung wird mit einer Fußbodenheizung auf eine wohlige Temperatur gebacht, somit stehen verschneiten Winternächten nichts mehr im Wege.
Im Sommer genießen Sie laue Sommernächte im Garten oder am Balkon.

Übrigens, die zentrale Lage hat viele Vorteile, Supermarkt, Bankomat, Bushaltestelle Polizei, Arzt ist alles innerhalb von 200 Metern. Zum Schwimmbad sind es überhaupt nur 100 Meter und der Skibus hält fast vor der Haustüre.
