Luxuriously furnished, recently built, the suites offer a top-class holiday experience. Two separate bedrooms and a spacious living area with a view of the lake offer space for up to 7 people.

The open kitchen offers everything our guests need to conjure up their dishes: fridge / freezer, oven, dishwasher, crockery / cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee machine, toaster and a kettle. Iron, washing machine and dryer as well as a parking space in front of the house complete the offer.

In front - the lake of Zell am See with a wonderful mountain backdrop, at your back - the cable cars to the Schmittenhöhe . In just a few steps our guests are at the cable cars up the mountain or in the center of Zell am See with numerous shopping opportunities, restaurants and bars. The golf course (4km) and Salzburg Airport (75km) can be easily reached by car or public transport.

Julias Lake Views – The Terrace Suite at the "Water Front" of Lake Zell. Luxuriously furnished, recently finished, each of the 95m² suites offers a top class holiday experience. The suite is divided in two separate sleeping rooms and a spacious living room with lake view. We accommodate up to 7 people. The highlight: Our guests enjoy a private terrace for early morning breakfast or relaxed evening hours with stunning lake views on top!

A stone throw far away the lake, the romantic old town of Zell am See at the back – Welcome to Villa Julia. The cable car city express, the railway station and the old town including various shopping facilities, restaurants and bars are only a few steps away. The golf course (4km) and the airport Salzburg (75km) can be easily reached by car or public transport.

The open kitchen with dishwasher provides our guests with everything they need to spoil their beloved ones: Fridge-freezer, oven, dish washer, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and an electric kettle are part of our amenities. Whether on snowy winter days or sunny summer trips the central heating and floor cooling guarantee for the right room temperature. We take care of the small things and provide our guests with iron, hair dryer, washing mashing and tumble dryer in the bottom of the house. Of course we offer WIFI and parking in front of the house.
