Located in an absolutely quiet location on the Zeller Sonnberg, the first hours of sunshine of the day are yours. With an unobstructed view of Lake Zell and the surrounding mountains, you can enjoy the fantastic panorama on your spacious terrace with garden.

Parking spaces are available on site free of charge, and an elevator is available for those who want to return to the accommodation after an active day and avoid stairs.

Despite the absolute quiet location, the city center is only 700 meters away, so you can reach the countless restaurants, shops and leisure facilities within a few minutes.

In winter it is approx. 600 meters to the entrance to the ski area (CityXpress), from where you can explore the entire Schmittenhöhe and make your turns on approx. 68 kilometers of slopes. Since the 2019/2020 ticket alliance, the entire Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn ski region has been included in your ski pass and comprises a total of 408 fantastic kilometers of perfectly groomed slopes.

In the summer, head for the cool water - the lake is within 10 walking minutes, numerous hiking routes can be started directly from the accommodation and the 36-hole Leading golf course Zell am See-Kaprun is 10 minutes away by car.

The premium apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & 1 living room is located on the 1st floor. On approx. 90m² you will of course find a fully equipped kitchen to pamper your loved ones, state-of-the-art equipment and great attention to detail. On the balcony you can enjoy a breathtaking view.
