The location of Villa Can Josep is second to none - to one side are views over the Pollensa countryside and mountains, to the other is the old town, 5 minutes away on foot. The cobbled streets and square of the old town are filled with authentic Spanish restaurants, quaint shops and beautiful architecture, as well as fantastic views from the Calvary Church. This glorious 4 bedroom villa has several original features, high quality furnishings and a superb garden. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.
There is plenty of parking space in the street outside the villa. the entrance has a small porch. The entrance front door to the property, opens into a elegant hallway with high exposed beamed celling with seating and a sweeping staircase leading to the first floor.
The combined lounge and dining area are furnished to high standards.
The properties offers a good size kitchen with dark wood units and a marble worktop, along with modern appliances. A large family dinner table with access to the pool area.
On the first floor you have a bathroom, double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms, also the 2nd double bedroom that has an en-suite bathroom. The double bedroom with the en-suite also has a small private front facing balcony and one of the twin bedrooms has access to the large rear terrace overlooking the pool and mountains.
On the ground floor you can also find a shower room plus an outside shower room by the BBQ area.
The garden and pool (28ft x 14ft depth 3ft - max 7ft) area has the most amazing views looking over the Puig de Maria mountain. The proeprty offers a great BBQ area with also a outdoors electrical oven and plenty of preparation space. There is a large covered terrace with table and chairs.
Airconditioning/heating on timers.
In line with the local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units.
Eco-tax not included. 2€ + 10% VAT per adult per night.

To finalise and confirm your booking you must supply us with you email address so you can then activate your customer account with Dickinson Villas, once we send you the activation details message via your given email address.
Once you have completed the online guest check in details we will then be able to send you the arrival details and direction to the property a week prior to your arrival.
